The quickly growing Development Department is headed up by Development Director JoAnna, Oster Development Assistant and Grant Writer Tracy Schuldiner, and fellow colleague, Rhonda McNeal, Director of Special Events.

 JoAnna Oster serves as the Development Director for The Gathering Place and its two schools, Dade Christian and The Master's Academy. JoAnna's education titles include teacher, university professor, intern principal, FACCS presenter, and Development Director. Her recent professional experiences include university level teaching at Trinity International University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Public Speaking from Palm Beach Atlantic University and has a one year Bible Certificate from Davis College. Her continued studies brought her to a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. In April 2007, she completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Liberty University.

Ali Rodriguez joined the development team this year to develop a forum of communication and networking for DCS alumni and encourage their involvement in activities that help the advancement of Dade Christian School. Ali attended FSU and has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing management experience. Her recent professional experience includes practicing as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and event planning.

Rhonda is the Director of Special Events for Dade Christian School , The Master's Academy, and The Gathering Place. Rhonda's husband Don, a former Miami Dolphin, is the Counseling Pastor at The Gathering Place. Rhonda organizes events such as the Don McNeal Golf Classic, DCS Auction, the Annual Fashion Show. She serves on a number of community boards such as the Coral Gables Museum Board and introduces a number of people in the corporate world to the ministry of both the school and church. |

Tracy Schuldiner

Tracy Schuldiner joined the Development Department as the Grant Writer and Development Coordinator in 2005. Her experiences include organizational management, customer service, sales, marketing, and family care within the funeral industry. She has most recently completed her certificate in Nonprofit Management in cooperation with Barry University. She is a Life Coach, Grief Recovery Specialist and is attending Barry University majoring in psychology.
