Admissions Process

Dade Christian School was founded to provide a quality academic and Christian education for all interested students and families.  Our admissions policies are adopted to conform to that purpose.

 

REGISTRATION FOR FIRST TIME STUDENTS

A student is admitted into Dade Christian School on the basis of former record, interview, and entrance exam.  At the time of testing, parents will complete an application.  An interview is conducted for students entering grades 2K-12.

 

The following is a checklist of documents to be submitted for the application process: 

Grades 6th-12th:

  •  Transcript or Report Cards for Current year and previous year 
  •  Annual Assessment Test Scores (e.g. SAT, FCAT)
  •  Birth Certificate
  •  Social Security

 
Grade 1st-5th:

  •  Current and previous year Report Cards

2K-5K:


Immunization: Immunization Certificate (form DH 680) and a recent physical (form DH 3040) are required for all students and are due upon acceptance.

 

Registration may occur at any time during the first semester provided space is available.

 

REENROLLMENT

A student’s status will be reviewed yearly and invitations to reenroll will be based on the student’s academic progress, attendance, and disciplinary records.
