Admissions Process

REGISTRATION FOR FIRST TIME STUDENTS

A student is admitted into Dade Christian School on the basis of former record, interview, and entrance exam. At the time of testing, parents will complete an application. Important information is collected during this time. You may also begin the process of providing this information by printing and preparing the following forms.

An interview is conducted for students entering grades 7th-12th. The following is a checklist of steps to be taken and documents to be submitted for the application process:

Appointments for testing of students applying for 7th-12th grades:

•  An Administrative Reference letter  Administrative Reference (a PDF document)
•  Transcript or Report Cards for Current and previous year 
•  Annual Assessment Test Scores (e.g. SAT, FCAT)
•  Birth Certificate
•  Social Security

 
Students applying for grades 1st-6th:

•  An Administrative Reference Administrative Reference (a PDF document)

•  A Teacher Reference Letter  Teacher Reference (a PDF document)
•  Current and previous year Report Card
•  Annual Assessment Test Scores (e.g. SAT, FCAT)
•  Birth Certificate
•  Social Security

 
Students applying for grades 2K-5K:

•  5K Students – An Administrative Reference and a Teacher Reference letter  
•  Birth Certificate
•  Social Security

Immunization Certificate (form 680) and a recent physical (form 3040) are required for all students and are due upon acceptance.

Registration may occur at any time during the first semester provided space is available.
